In 2020, Tri Source launched the Baja Production Triangle™ to enhance its fulfillment capabilities in Latin America and provide additional geographic and talent redundancies. With each Center no more than a 3 hour drive from the others, Clients win with redundancy, cultural awareness and proven bilingual talent pools in Tijuana and Mexicali, Mexico. The triangle is completed with a full suite of domestic Contact Center services, SOC-2 compliance and additional escalation services in the HQ Center in Los Angeles, CA.

Additionally, the Center is a Cx hub with themed rooms, state-of-the-art Agent workstations, and a high-tech, high-energy work environment unlike any "call center".
The domestic production hub provides sales, verifications, and back office and Cx programs for healthcare, consumer products, and multiple service verticals.
